My truck, while driving, locks and unlocks. Engine running or not, sitting in the
garage, my lights will come on out of the blue. Or all of my windows are down
when I walk out to my truck after work. Help, please.

My first suspects would be a faulty key fob and a bad BCM (Body Control Module), in that order. With the key fob, if you keep it in your pocket and have other stuff in your pocket the buttons on the fob may be getting pushed as you're walking, bending over, etc. I used to have that problem with my Grand Marquis. I'd come out from work and sometimes the trunk would be popped or the doors would be unlocked. The body control module is my second suspect because it controls everything you've mentioned.
