2017 mustang, not powering Down

Tonight I got home and when I leaving the car, Lock etc,
The Radio would not shut off, power and volume buttons
are also unresponsive, I can switch source , station etc just
volume and power not responding and staying on, Realize
that the dash lights are also staying on, dash info screen is
Black and it now does not show in any heat but Park.  I did
start it back up, drive down the road to check, Dash still
showed park, radio volume and power buttons still
unresponsive. Parked it again, made sure all doors closed,
problem still remains.  Also remote start has not been
working for a few weeks now but this is the first time for
the rest
