A lot of dealers pull this type of shady bait and switch tactic, and not just here on this site, it's everywhere. Anyone can list on this site, and can list for any price - doesn't mean jacksquat until you actually walk through a dealer's doors and haggle with them on price, cuz they're all going to try and drive price up on you. Use the "contact us" link below to complain to management, while CarGurus takes extra steps to prevent fraudulent listings, they still can't prevent bait-and-switchers. You might also try filing a complaint with your states Attorney General's office, they handle car dealer complaints.
Move on to another vehicle and avoid that seller.
Actually Bob has the best advice but if you really want to pursue this contact law enforcement, your states consumer protection agency or maybe the district attorney.
The car will be sold to someone else and it would be years before you ever saw action on this IF you ever did.
