what car should i get..... the 2017 nissan maxima sr mdnight or the 2016 infiniti 3.0t AWD? im torn between the 2 and i dont know which one to pick.

I can pick for you the "Nissan". As the Infiniti's value goes down faster and resale value will be higher with the Maxima.

If you're asking us, I'm going to assume you want value over performance. Go with the Maxima, as it's more than sufficiently quick and comfortable for nearly any application. You can't use the Infiniti's additional performance on a public road, anyway.
