Use portable blue ray in 2017 Camry se through car sound system

I have a leased Camry. I would like to listen to the audio from blue rays I
possess. Video is not important.  Is there a way I could hook up a portable
blue ray player to the cars sound system while using the cars charging
system and enjoy the quality of the ble rays.  I know I can hook up my iPod
and this works. In addition my phone works through the audio input.  To
download audio files from a blue ray is questionable and files are very large.  
Thanks for any assistance.

I would say to try it using the USB cable if the portable BlueRay has such a connection. If it does not work through media play then more than likely the type of file of he video is not an MP3 or similar file that is playable.
