Most transmission today don't have a dipstick and the level is checked via the fill plug on the bottom of the transmission. There is a special procedure to do so and the transmission needs to be a certain temperature. So properly jacking the car up and having the right tools to remove the fill plug, and a pump to add fluid. youtube has a few videos on what you can expect. But if you don't have an area to safety work or wouldn't know what to do, you don't want to overfill or undersell the transmission, I suggest having a local garage check the fluid for you.

Thank you..this is terrible..I went to Duke of Oil to have oil checked and they would not check the transmission fluid..They said I had to go to the dealer..that's really said.. But thank you for your reply.

Find a decent local ASE certified garage, I'm sure they would service the car. The fluid level will be fine if it is not leaking, how many miles on the car? I like to do a dump and fill every 50K miles, no flushes.
