Toyota RAV4 bumper cover displaced

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey everyone, this morning I noticed that the bumper cover on my 2017
Toyota RAV4 was slightly displaced near the left front wheel as shown in the
photo. I am wondering if I should bring this in to a body shop for repair, or if
this is something I could feasibly do myself. I live in an area with fairly harsh
weather and I'm concerned about whether those gaps might contribute to
weathering damage in the parts underneath the bumper cover. The right side
of the car is totally intact as far as I can tell.

In addition, there is a small cap over the front cover on the left side that was
open, which I was able to put back in place (also see the attached photo).
However, I'm wondering if I should be concerned about that being a sign of
potential parts theft or something like that?

Thank you for your help!!

Sorry for the double post, I wanted to upload the other photo as I was only able to upload one in my initial post.

It's probably held in with plastic clips if it's like a honda , which toyotas are , an auto parts/body shop store will have a rack of little plastic clips . Someone may have bumped into it .
