Is price over the top?

Question type: General

Looking at a Rogue 2017 SV AWD Moonroof all options but leather, has extra
row of seats pearl color new tires 87000 kms no warranty remains best
negotiated price 20K plus admin fees.  Based on pricing engines the likes of
MVR or Black Book its over priced by some 3000.  Whats the thoughts out
there.

I wouldn't pay 20K for a 7 year old car with 87000 Kilometers.

It’s a Nissan, no way you should pay that much, in my area they are about 16K but they do sit for a while on the lots, some as much as 90 days.
