Anyway to remove the  Scratches

Try some car wax. It may not remove them but it will make them less visible. I would use Meguiar's cleaner wax.

Be careful with buffing, as you may strip the cheap paint. I would just ignore. You can try a LIGHT polishing compound and then buff, but be careful.
