That would depend on what system you select. Installing a factory system is probably not practical. I suggest using your smart phone.

Factory harnesses are specific for nav, so installing an OE nav is NOT possible. Better to find an aftermarket shop and get a nice Pioneer, Alpine or other. Cost will be $700-1200, so think about whether your phone is enough.
