Sirius radios issuez

I have read all the issues listed and searched several sites
on this issue being a well known issue with subaru, but
after dealing with my dealership for 2 months on this and
their latest attempt was to replace the radio with a
refurbished one my issue remains the same, which is that I
am stuck on one station and only can listen to that station,
it will not change no matter what I try, also if I get a phone
call it doesn't let me answer right away and the radio plays
for a second to the person calling, then when done with call
I lose sirius all together and the only way to fix it is turn tge
vehicle off and back on again and still only 1 station. The
dealership says now they want to unpair my phone and try
a different phone to see what that does, please help with
suggestions because I know this isn't the fix needed and
honestly I am tired of the runaround. This is a subaru
outback 2017. Thank you
