2017 GMC Acadia limited (Legacy) lease

Question type: Shopping & Pricing
Hey guys I am new to this site but was curious on your
thoughts for a lease I am looking at. It's for a 2017 GMC
Acadia limited Awd (old body design) with leather
moonroof nav chrome 20 inch wheels. Msrp is $48,720.
The dealer is asking $3,000 down which includes first
payment and then 405 a month. Any thoughts would be
helpful.

Sounds like a decent deal. Have you shopped it around? Find two other GMC dealers in the area and lease comparison shop it. How many miles a year? is this a 24 or 36 month lease? Does this include taxes? what state are you in?
Careful. There are no 2017 Acadias with the "old body design". If the dealer is telling you that I would walk away. If it is the old body design, it can only be a "new" 2016 model which could affect the lease value and turn over value at the end of the lease.
Last answer is wrong. GMC is continuing the old body in the Limited. It will be a Limited run only the next year or two.
My error. The announcement of the "Limited" model occurred after I bought our 2016 earlier this year. At that time, there was no such offering and now, it seems, GM is back pedaling a little. When I bought ours, it was either order a 2016 or 2017 and the Limited was not in the 2017 lineup. Thank you for correcting this. I bought the 2016 Denali and have been very pleased with the car.
The Acadia is one of my favorite SUV's on the market. I helped two clients get into them earlier this year. They are not leasing very well compared to others at the moment. So if you are thinking about leasing shop around with other makes and models. Great to hear that you are enjoying yours so much. It really is a nice suv
Thanks for the feedback. I shopped it at a few other New York dealers and they all said they couldn't compete with that price. The deal is 10k/39mos and it includes taxes
