Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The Lumbar and Power Seat quit working.  What could be the possible
causes?  I have one dealership telling me it is a fuse and the plastic cover
over the switches is causing it to blow, thus I need to replace the plastic
cover and switches (and the fuse); and another dealership telling me its the
motor, that there are no fuses that would blow for that reason.  Is this
common?  Any suggestions?

If it is the motor, yes. If it is the other, no.
