floor mats

the jeep i purchased was missing jeep floor mats, owners manual. both key
fobs have low batteries. also flashlight is missing from the back..  this is a jeep
grand cherokee 2017 laredo

Thanks for the info. Floor mats can be purchased, batteries replaced and the owners manual is available online on the Jeep website. Do you think those items should have been in the vehicle when you bought it? If so, go back or contact the dealer or person that sold you the vehicle and they might make good on some or all of your requests. We can't help you here.

This is why you should carefully inspect the vehicle before you buy it. Other than maybe the floormats everything sounds cheap to replace. When I bought my 08 Grand Marquis in 2012 I only got one key and one key fob. Plus I knew the driver's power window switch would need replacing soon. I bought a second key and fob and replaced the window switch myself. No big deal. Definitely not a deal breaker. If it was a brand new car, yes. But not on a used car. Enjoy your new Jeep!! Jim
