2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited electrical problem

I have a 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee that I recently
purchased preowned with a lifetime warranty. The
voltage started dropping from 14.2ish down to 11
or even lower while idling and runs between 13 and
15 or so while driving. This is causing my
headlights and dome lights to flicker (dim). I am
assuming it was affecting my instrument cluster
and center stack lights also because they were
flickering on and off as well. I took it to my dealer
and they replaced the alternator, instrument
cluster, PCM and battery and my voltage gauge is
still going haywire along with dimming headlights,
dome lights, and even my new instrument cluster
is dimming. It also causes a crackling sound in my
speakers. I'm scheduled to take it back for more
work next week. Please let me know if you've had a
similar experience or any knowledge on possible
solutions.

I have a 2015 SRT with the same problems. Plus it takes a lot to start the engine when it is cold. Replaced battery alternator fuel pump. Going crazy. Did you solve it?
Incorrectly build/assembly main wire harness. If the radio is making noise your main +12VDC supply from the battery to the main buss (fuse box) was built improperly. The car makers unitize the harness in molded plastic. So if somebody does not know the proper assembly, you get a big mess! It will only get worst! A new harness could do the same thing just take time for the connections to oxidize and cause the same or worst problems. best of luck!
I’m having the exact same problems with my 2017 JGC!!! Did you find a solution to the problem? I’m in the replace the alternator phase with my mechanic now.....
2016 GC; exact same issue. Had 9 month old battery and orig alternator; inconsistent test result on alternator so changed it. Prob continued. Took to dealer (its past warranty, of course) was told battery was bad; replaced & checked terminals/connections. Seemed to resolve prob, but came back after few days. Anyone have any luck finding problem?????
2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo, having the same Volt Fluctuating issue (11.0-14.2) at idle & (14.2-16.0) Driving. Happened from the day I purchased new, dealer replaced almost everything electrical (Alternator, cables, Both battery, regulator, fusebox, Harness) and still on the wild side.. its got 50,000Miles (80,000Km) on the Odometer and warranty still valid. Anyone resolved this issue?? Please Help...
after 80,000klm and 2 years of headache finally got it fixed, bad ground from the alternator to the body. which caused the Voltmeter to read erratically between 10v-15v, then lately caused flickering gauge lights, shifting to park while driving, shutting off when under load or climbing. A starcase was found regarding the issue which also involved the electric steering Case# S1808000017 Dated: 27-Apr-2019 caused corrosion
The loose cable from the alternator to the body was not tightened down which caused long term arching which in hand caused the cable to corrode.. ended replacing the cable and all damaged electronics in my Jeep also re-program the PCM

I may be able to help! I own an auto repair shop and today a 2017 jeep grand cherokee limited came into the shop with the same problem. The voltage started dropping from 14.2ish down to 11 or even lower while idling and runs between 13 and 15 or so while driving. This is causing my headlights and dome lights to flicker (dim) after hrs of tracing wires and adding grounds i found a loose ground nut at the battery under the passenger seat!!! and easy tell would be to take jumper cables to the negative battery and then the other side to the negative post under the hood and see if your voltage stays steady hope this helps
How are the vehicles? Have a known mechanical defect- checking who else
