I personally would not recommend installing used rotors and pads from another vehicle, especially that old. If it is a caliper or bracket, then yes. 1997 to 2002 expedition is a start, there are other trucks and Lincoln that will use the same parts. Use an online parts website to check compatibility like rock auto.
