1999 ford expedition Eddie bouer edition. Electronic problems!!!!

My expedition was pass down to me
with a few problems thats fixed now.
But i decided to put a aftermarket
radio on and it worked for a few days.
After three days when i cut my truck
on my inside lights wornt working my
radio wasn't working locks wasn't
working widows wasnt working and
sometimes the truck would start like it
wanted to not start... The truck was
greatly taken care of by my pops and i
plan on doing the same.... Any help
please!!!!!!!

Did you cut the wires and install the cables on the aftermarket radio directly to the cut cables? If yes... then you probably have a short somewhere and the rest of the systems are not getting the amps they need to power themselves. Next time get a Metra harness and wire it up and don't mess with the wires under the dash.
