my ford expedition bounces too much from the front and its too low; all this happened after a ball joint replacement

Bad struts, one of them may have a broken spring. Go with Bilsteins for replacements.

Thank you for answering! The mechanic says everything was ok. Other thing that I noticed is that the front wheels from the top are slightly inwards.

Take it in for an alignment, maybe your mechanic can suggest a shop for that if he/she doesn't do them.

Your torsion bars may need adjusting to raise the level back up to where it should be. I think you also need new shocks.
