Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My door agar light will not go off, & my running board lights & dome lights will not go off. All doors & rear hatch are definalty closed, door locks work. I checked dome light switch & it is off. Disconnected the battery & still the sme thing. Can someone please tell me where the door light switches are located or how does the car sense the door is open? I have to leave the batt disconnected to keep the batt from running down. Thanks Tony

I read a few answers from previous questions, & used wd40 on the locking mechanism & that did the trick!!!! I assuming the door switch is part of the locking mechanism.
