Car wheels

Hey guys.. i have a 2017 ls Tahoe with a 18 inches
wheels .. but i want to change it to 20 or 22 inches
wheels .. the question is .. do i have to tune the car
or change the car settings ? And if i have to will that
harm my car? Excuse my English guys .. thanks in
advance

Select tires that are the same diameter as the stock tires and your speedometer will not need re calibrating.
