I would hope it is at least 60 psi on the road. The minimum at idle should be over 20psi.
Thx for your help F_O_R i get around 35 at ldel. When i first start my trk it shows on my dash as low oil pressure light for a couple sec then goes out. Im running royal purple 5w-20 in it.

I have 277,000 miles on my ram 1500 5.7 hemi. Cold oil pressure is and always has been around 54. Hot is the same maybe as low as 53. Idle never gets below 31. Use only mopar filters as others bring down pressure a lot. 40's on highway 20's at idle

Mike 2017 is 22000 miles on it and I idle at 44 psi and top out about 54 PSI at speed. Of course I don't haul anything typically which is affect your PSI. I have a sub question though I just had my 20,000 service done it's actually raised my PSI 4-5 lb. Not sure how I feel about that.

I read some independent lab test on a blended oil, and full synthetic and found that the synthetic oil has less friction all around, and is a cleaner oil. The good synthetic Oil filters have a reinforced polymer mesh for holding engine dirt, and a silicone anit-drain back valve for long live and protection against dry starts. So, I did a search and it looked like Royal Purple, Mobil1, and PurolatorBoss Synthetic Oil filters were the best, not in that order. I first chose to use a Royal Purple Oil Filter, 10-48 , on my last oil change with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 5w-20. The Royal Purple Oil Filter leaked, so I cleaned the filter, and mounting area and tightened until it would not get any tighter, and it leaked again, about 1 quart total. I didn't want to ruin my motor, so today, I just replaced the RP filter with a PurolatorBoss PBL12222 and no leaks. In my Opinion RP is NOT all it's cracked up to be. Oil Pressure w/Full Synthetic oil and PurolatorBoss 32 psi, when driving around town 50 to 53 psi.
