Switching 4wheel while driving

Do I need to be parked and in neutral to engage 4
wheel drive or can I do this while driving

Read your manual but all 4 wheel drive trucks I know of can be switched into 4 High while driving. You must stop to shift into 4 Low. Don't drive on dry pavement in 4 wheel drive!
