If I leased a car at one dealership, can I take it in to another dealership to take care of a recall?

It is a 2017 Nissan LEAF that has a bug with the battery control software.

Any Nissan dealer can take care of warranty repairs and recalls.

Yes, any dealership. Some dealerships may exclude the Leaf though. For example, the Ford dealership I work for is not set up or equipped to do work on hybrids. We are a small dealership and can not justify the cost of all the service tools to work on them. Ask around at some local Nissan dealerships.
