Are you changing the fluid? Make sure you use the proper fluid for your CVT and replace what you drain out. There is a special procedure on draining and filling, so follow the requirements carefully. You can search online for someone else who has done the procedure or a video on youtube, but for a 2017 vehicle, I would have the dealer, garage or trans shop perform the swap to make sure it is done properly.
