I have a 1999 Ford Expedition and my heat isn't
working. I know it's not the heater core but I'm not
sure what else it could be.  Someone said it could
be a fuss and it's just blowing out cold air.

Low on coolant ?? Faulty thermostat ?? Does it have Climate control ?? if so could be the controls switch But I doubt it' a fuse or as you stated a fuss
