can I sell my car in Texas when it still has a lien on it?

I need to sell my car and I still owe money on it. My payoff is around $8600
and I am asking $11,500 [great deal] - can I do this on CarGurus? I live in
Texas. I currently have it listed on your site.

I would contact your lender to see how they want the pay off done. I think CG's can handle the transaction but you should ask them. Try the Contact Us link.
