How can I program or sync 2nd key I bought from ebay?

I bought a pre-owned 2017 Jetta 1.4T SE, with just 1 key. So I ordered 1 at
ebay but I have no idea how to program or sync it.
Can I do it by myself?
My car doesn't have the ignition key hole.

You'll need to read your owner's manual or talk to your local VW Dealer's Service Department. On some vehicles you need two working keys to program additional keys yourself. But on others you can program additional keys yourself with only one working key. Hope that helps! Jim
