No Antenna

Hi, my radio shows NO ANTENNA.  I don't get any reception at all sometimes
for hours.  I took the car to the dealership and they say they can't find anything
wrong. This radio was replaced because the first one that come with the car
stopped working after 1 year of buying the car.

Obviously there's a problem with the antenna, was it working when you took it n? Wait for it to quit then take it somewhere it will be easy to find then.

antenna may have not been connected when radio was replaced

Did you ever get a satisfactory answer? I have a 2017 Passat with the same problem, but I have never replaced the radio.
