Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have a 2.6L 2WD 1991 isuzu pickup  and the diagram for the relay/fusebox
shows the starter relay being right above the heater relay. but the spot
above the heater relay on my truck is empty. (no input no socket no wires
nothing) just a hole straight through to the bottom of the box. i need to
replace 2 relays that i blew but cand determine which ones they are. does it
matter? if i accidentally put a heater relay in the fuel pump relay spot or in
the starter relay spot?
IN THE PICTURE THE STARTER RELAY IS IN SPOT B. THAT IS THE ONE
THAT IS MISSING.

Everytime you turn key to start you will feel clicking or use a test light. The next thing to do is trace wiring
