My AC quit and I need to bypass it . Is there a shorter serpentine belt (need brand and number) that I can use to bypass it

That's not as easy as you think. SOME engines you can bypass one of the pulleys, and some you cannot. Depends on the routing. They may also make a "bypass pulley" for your engine, which is just a dummy pulley in place of the AC but that can be expensive to buy and install. Unless your compressor or pulley seized up, you should just be able to leave it in place even if it quit working.
