2003 honda accord coupe v6 for $6000 with 91xxx miles... Good price? How is the car overall?

I got a little more information on the car, it has upgraded headlights, tinted rear lights, tinted windows, cold air intake, magna flow exhaust system, j pipe, navi, after market rims but also has a tiny rip in the passenger seat. KBB has it listed at 4,200 but without the upgrades listed. Im not sure if this is a good price or not?
