how do i get a car out of state?

The short answer is, yes it's possible, but everything is harder and you'll pay extra to have car shipped or for travel arrangements to pick it up. If the only place you can get it serviced is at the dealership that sold it then it can be a real hassle. *Some* new car dealers can make arrangements with a local dealer or garage for servicing, but many dealers do not. That means a trip out of state every time you need to take it in, or more out of packet expense for you. I would also be wary of falling for advertised prices online, they may lure you to their dealer with low ball prices but once you're there you'll find a different story.
