how do i report a dealer for price gouging?

2017 titan priced on this site for $40868. by Clay Cooley in Dallas, TX. I emailed dealer to inquire about this truck and was quoted a price of $47,483. by the sales manager Abel Tesfaye. when I questioned him about the price here he denied knowledge and no one will return my calls.

If your state has a law that says dealers must accept their lowest advertised price you could go to your consumers protection agency or maybe the attorney general.
