I have a 1999 ford explore nd as i was turning left my car turned off nd steering wheel got hard so i popped the hood nd seen there was some kind of fluid all over

If ur oil is low will it make your explorer ack like it don't have power

If the engine stayed running and it appears to we running properly, you may have blown a power steering line. Look at the power steering tank. If you blew a line it will probably be empty.
