It happened once before and it was the tube from the sky light. Blew it out with the air hose and it's not that this time. Really soaked, fuse box was effected, now horn is weak. Under the hood is dry. Door is dry.

It is possible that when you blew out the drain line from the sunroof that the hose came off of the drain from the sunroof.

Another place water could be getting in is the fresh air intake by the wipers. There is a drain on the bottom of this compartment and possibly plugged allowing the box to fill and overflow.
I don't have a sunroof. The leaks were coming from under the plastic stripping on top of the roof. The stripping is pushed through holes IN the roof and the sealant wasn't properly adhered to stop the water from coming through. I had water run inside my Jeep on the driver and passenger side. We took the 2 plastic roof strips off and used proper glue. This fixed the problem 100%.
The water was leaking through both plastic strips on the roof.
I have had a lot of leaks that caused electrical issues with my liberty as well. There is a big wire harness running under your feet on both the driver and passenger side. It's in the lowest point of the floor. Whenever it leaks bad the harness becomes completely submerged. This damaged my TIPM (fuse box) caused my brake lights to stay on even when the vehicle was off. Melted the tail light housings. I have taken my seats, rugs and floor liners out at least three separate times. I have a 2010. My floor liners are in three separate parts. If only one side gets wet you have to remove the side trim panel, the center console and the seat to get the rug up and pull the liner. Trust me when I say it will never fully dry on it's own. I have a liner that has been out over a month and it's still holding water.
