I have 2006 jeep liberty it's overheating while I'm driving but not when it sits at idle and it's blowing cold air out ....what could be wrong...

I've added coolant and noticed it is leaking
from somewhere underneath the jeep

I've replaced the water pump the thermostat still have a leak somewhere under the jeep liberty but the heat is working now and its not overheating anymore what could it be
