Door indicator on dash will not go out on my 06 liberty

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So the indicator stays on with all doors closed and
locked while driving. Once stoped and vwchile off
they and the dome lights stay on.

Sounds like the switch that tells the car the door is open is stuck or defective. I am pretty sure the door latch in one of the doors will need to be replaced as the switch is part of the door latch. It could be a wiring issue as well.
