What is that button for?

Question type: General

What is this button for?  It is in the console where you control AC and heat, etc.  
Manual has nothing on it.  Someone said it was for the mirror heaters, but the
05 mirrors are powered when the rear defroster is turned on.  Any ideas?  
(Excuse me for being such a neophite but a guys gotta know!)

Air conditioning if it works. Or you can stick w 4-70 A/C this summer. Four windows down 70mph

There have been 3 answers. RST429 was first to tell me that activates the AC. Thank you one and all.
