255/75R17 can be used in my 2005 Jeep Liberty ? If not, is
there a solution?

The sidewall on that tire is too high and the overall diameter of the tire will be too big. Your speedometer will be incorrect and you may run into clearance issues. A sidewall of 60 would give better overall diameter.

That would give you the right overall diameter but the tire width clearing fenders would depend on wheel offset and how much clearance you had to start with.
