Trying to find out why window will not go up/down drive side in rear

TPMS is the tire pressure monitoring system. If the light is on, that means one of your tire valves needs replacing that houses the sensor. If your rear window doesn't go up or down in the rear, it isn't related. You either have a failed power window motor, a faulty window regulator, wiring or a switch issue. You will need to start troubleshooting. Remove the inner rear door panel and start probing the wiring and check to see if something is broken.
