ABS brakes would this car safer, this rolls easily and locking the brakes would make you skid and there for, flip, but I do recommend buying the car, I own on and i love it

The only differance with abs and with out abs is that abs will allow you to steer with out locking up the brakes but you will need to get use to the pulsing in your foot and with out abs the brakes will lock up but not if you apply the brake slowly and not hard you won't skid and for the dumb ass that said that you'll flip over is dumb and stupid. the only way you can flip a car is in a ditch, hit another car from the rear , or even driving to fast around a corner

I would not buy a vehicle, particularly an SUV, without ABS. ABS prevents you from locking up your brakes in an emergency braking event. Without ABS, you are likely to lose all steering control during hard stops, or heavy braking on slippery surfaces. Additionally, without ABS, your vehicle will be more susceptible to uncontrollable skids when one tire has more traction than another. You can partially make up for the lack of ABS by learning to manually control locking the brakes, however 95% of people will panic, and slam on the brakes in an emergency. Even if you are in the 5% that can master the technique, you will never be as efficient as a vehicle with an anti-lock braking system. In addition to the safety benefit, ABS may provide you with an premium discount depending on your insurance provider.
