Can the display be replaced only? It looks like the whole console would need to be replaced?

Did you ever find out what was wrong?? (I am having the same issue...)

I did not. Just had to replace the module in the door (keyless entry and remote start wouldn't work) I tried the fuse but that didn't help. I may have to get it back to the shop for them to help. Just assuming it is going to be expensive :/
