what can i do to give my jeep more power?and what gears should i put in it after i lift it?

If its a 4.0 you can add a cam. Head. Throttle body header. Exhaust. And tune the comp. As for gears it depends on tire size and weight added to the vehicle. Look for a gearing calculator. Brandy ring and pinion has one.
