Question type: Maintenance & Repair

03 yukon xl denali 6.0, we were driving down the
highway went to pass someone and just died while
driving,  would not start back up, towed home.
Started checking it, battery good, new ignition
switch, fuses good, fuel pump good. Vehicle is no
crank no start, when I put key in ignition and turn
to on position my keyless entry quits working and
dash lights stay on even after key has been
removed, it also does not show gear position and
something is staying, their is a high pitch noise
coming from alternator if I unplug the plug it goes
away but then comes back after plugging back in,
when I disconnect battery then reconnect noise
goes away then keyless remote will start working
again
