If I used my phone to set up account and pictures can I still edit them through my computer?

I set up my account with my phone and put my pictures in from my gallery. However, they are sideways so I need to rotate all of them. I see the edit feature through my phone account but it doesn't seem to save after rotating, applying and saving it. It appears to time out. Can I get to my add and edit feature through my computer?
