Not necessarily a bench seat and I might be wrong but a set with a middle seat from a single cab Silverado or Sierra from around that year should bolt up.

Yes you can, did it myself. Since you have an XL, you can only use a bench from another XL, suburban or Cadillac ESV.
Can I change my captain seats to a bench seat in my GMC Yukon XL 2013? If so where would I find that seat??
