i have a 2002 jeep liberty sport and i have no heat. the heater core is not clogged. i think the flapper on heater vent is not opening up. what do i do

is the JEEP coming up to operating temperature....middle of the dial when it warms up? or stays persistently cold?...is stays down and never seems to warm up~ is there coolant into the "full cold" marker on the side of the translucent coolant jug? has anyone ever changed the coolant?~

No the car it's self warms up, when the heat is on it blows cold air only. The coolant was replaced.
