When should the fan next to the radiator be moving?

I just replaced the radiator t thermostat and
hoses and coolant.

Hey there Tennisshoes , my electric fans kick in about 100 degrees, dam yankie. Don't forget that us Canucks use Celsius. [did I spell that right?] So to the savages that 220 F and to us civilized folks that 100C.;):)

@tennisshoes - we get to buy Yankie cars too, but they get changed to KPH instead of MPH and C instead of F and litres instead of gallons. I was TRYING to be funny; [was NOT pokeing fun]..... hey- I've answered questions on this site from South Africa,Australia and England ( and I think one was Russian)
