i have a 202 jeep wrangler 4cyl cranks but wont start

jeep ran good . shut it off now wont start has spark and fuel at the rail any
suggestions

fuel pressure is in spec good spark how do you check pulse, also when i blocked air flow was able to get started but when turned off did same thing
