i own a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I've had a complete tune up and changed cam sensor., but the check engine light stays on and when driving around 65 mph, the vehicle starts running rough and acts like its trying to die. the computer at a shop shows that everything that had been changed is needing changed or replaced. Could this be a main computer for the vehicle?
